Cancellations may be made up until the closing date of the competition with no penalty. After the closing date, a veterinary or medical certificate (on official letterhead) is required and entry fees will be refunded (upon notification by 6:00 p.m. on the Friday preceding the competition date). Presentation of a veterinary or medical certificate, on official letterhead, for illness or injury must be made within 15 days after the competition in order to receive a refund.
